We greatly encourage your e-mail messages, but please note the following:
- Do not e-mail us in a medical emergency of any kind. Call your local ambulance or emergency services provider.
- We do not offer any kind of medical advice.
Concerns pertaining to medical diagnoses and treatments should be discussed with your physician.
- Due to client confidentiality, we do not provide any information about our clients via e-mail.
- E-mail messages must contain text in the subject line to be responded to.
- E-mail messages are returned in the order received.
- If you have e-mail filtering software on your computer, you may not receive our reply to you. If you do not hear from us regarding an inquiry, you may follow-up by phone at 231-258-5372.
- Due to the incompatibility of some e-mail systems and the sometimes unpredictable nature of technology such as the internet, some messages may reach us in an unreadable manner, or not reach us at all. If you do not receive a reply from us, it means we were unable to read your message, it did not reach us for some reason, or our reply to you keeps bouncing back to us.
Payment: Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, and credit / debit cards.
(Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express).
Insurance: At this time insurance plans in Michigan do not cover our services.
Cancellation Policy: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. For cancellations made less than 24-hours before your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee. Missed appointments with no notice given will be billed for the full amount of the scheduled visit. We are willing to make exceptions for true emergencies that may prevent you from keeping your appointment; please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.
